Garden Update June 4th
Most of the garden is in full session now, the beans are starting to climb, the first peas are ready, I have harvested strawberries, some red currants, radish and salad on a daily basis. More and more fruit ripen. The second batch of peas is coming trough and the carrots are slowly peaking through the soil as well. I can also already see some cucumber plants. I love this time of the year when fresh goodness from the garden is put on the table on a daily basis, oh how I am looking forward to eat some of the preserved fruits later on in the year.
What is going on in your garden?

Looks wonderful! So much goodness growing and being harvested. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI didn't get to plant peas this year, and my daughter is not pleased. She typically sits out in the pea patch and just eats them all straight out of the pods. I am waiting on my lettuce to grow a little bit...wish it would grow faster!
