Earlier this summer I thought about my childhood and that my grand-ma used to can peaches additionally to the cherries and pears. I love peaches and thought that if I get a good deal on them, I might try my hand on it this year. Yesterday while I was out shopping, I found 2,5 kg of peaces for €1,99 and decided to take them home with me. It was 8;30pm when I finally had the boys asleep & an was able to prepare the peaches for canning. I have now 6 jars with canned peaches, no pictures of the canning process as I was really tired and just wanted to get the work done.
