Garden update July 2nd

I have spend the morning in the garden, first weeding, then harvesting radish and berries. Since I came back in, I cleaned the harvest and either froze it or fermented it and cleaned the kitchen once more. Now I am waiting for lunch to finish cooking, so I thought I show you some updates on the garden.

It has been rather dry here, which is not good for the harvest at all. Last week we had some rain and dropping temperatures but the rain was not enough to be honest and barely made an impact on the ground. The berries are doing great. For the last 3-4 weeks I have been harvesting and freezing lot's. The cherry tree has only a few fruits due to the late winter and it first beeing too wet then too hot. The peas are slowly coming and I had a few the other day. I am a bit worried about some of the onions and the beans as well. We will see how they turn out.
I harvested the last of the radish today and fermented them as shown by Amanda . I will see how they turn out.
